Bring the entire family to this educational concert in which you will hear Jupiter from Holst’s Planets Suite, Mozart’s Horn Concerto which will be played by Lee Shirer and works by Handel will also be performed.

Robin Wiper – Narrator and Soprano

Robin Wiper is a regular performing artist with Camerata Chicago. With her Masters Degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music and an alumus of the Lyric Opera of Chicago Apprentice Program, she has performed with orchestras including the National Symphony at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, the Atlanta Symphony, the Birmingham Symphony and Camerata Chicago.

Lee Shirer – Horn

Lee Shirer is Principal Horn of Camerata Chicago. Lee has played with nearly every professional orchestra in the area including the Chicago Symphony. Lee was named Principal Horn with Chicago Sinfonietta in 2013 and has played with Broadway productions in Chicago including Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables.
