Enjoy a fabulous spring day filled with Mozart! Evren Ozel, a winner of the most prestigious piano competition in America, the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, performs Mozart Piano Concerto No. 20 with Camerata Chicago.
Conducted by Maestro Drostan Hall, Camerata Chicago also plays Mozart’s Prague Symphony No. 38 and two Lyric Pieces by Grieg including “Evening in the Mountains”.

In addition, in a collaboration between Camerata Chicago and Steinway & Sons, Evren Ozel will teach a Masterclass to advanced students in Chicago on April 29 at 5 pm. Admission is free! Evren Ozel is the Bronze Medalist of the 17th Van Cliburn International Piano Competition (2025), where he also received the special prize for the Best Performance of a Mozart Concerto. He has performed extensively throughout the United States and internationally, and appeared as soloist with the Cleveland Orchestra, Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, and Jacksonville Symphony, performing under conductors such as Marin Alsop, Carlos Miguel Prieto, Jahja Ling, and Ruth Reinhardt.
